  When I am visiting my family in Markham I worship at Grace Anglican and I have always found it to be a warm and welcoming community of faith. The people are friendly without being overwhelmingly so (we are, after all, Anglicans!) and the incumbent, the Rev. Canon Nicola Skinner is a good preacher. I feel very much at home at Grace.
  
  I would suggest to a previous reviewer who prefers a more traditional service that it is helpful to check to see what's on offer beforehand, so that one can find a parish that can meet his spiritual needs. I grew up with the BCP, but much prefer the intimacy and diversity of the BAS liturgies, especially those provided for Holy Eucharist where the emphasis is on the love and grace of God rather than the sinfulness of humankind.
